Empowering Lives Together

BriWay Foundation was founded in March 2025 due to the tragic loss of Brianyé Danielle Copeland on February 7, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina, while visiting the Ella B. Scarborough Resource Center.

The BriWay Foundation’s mission is to bring awareness to violence against women while empowering and compassionately supporting victims to seek the appropriate resources in an effort to prevent a tragedy. This will come through collaborative partnerships, support services, advocacy and education.

Provide educational materials, seminars, and support services to empower individuals affected by domestic violence and promote healing.

Please contact 911 if you feel you are in immediate danger or a life-threatening situation.
